Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to us at Room of Beauty, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations/rescheduling of appointments. A 50% fee may be charged for late notice cancellations or less than 24hrs notice.
For Gift Voucher bookings a 50% deposit from your voucher is placed against your booking, no changes can be made 48hrs prior to avoid loosing the deposit value. Failure to arrive to your appointment (no show) the gift voucher will be forfeited in total.
