Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to us at Room of Beauty, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations/rescheduling of appointments. A 50% fee may be charged for late notice cancellations. For Gift Voucher bookings - Failure to arrive to your appointment (no show) the gift voucher will be forfeited in total.
